About who needs care: Had an occipital stroke and has beginning stages of sundowners dementia. Has difficulty seeing anything to the right. Currently still in inpatient rehab. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
