Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Munster

About who needs care: Has trouble walking (neuropathy in feet) and needs to use a walker at all times. Decent upper body strength. Cannot make healthy meals for herself due to inability to walk or stand for long periods. Cannot perform housekeeping tasks. Having someone walk outside with her for 15 / 20 minutes would be good for her mental / physical health but she is often unmotivated. Prefers to stay inside and watch TV. Husband is caretaker and not great at this role. About the care needs: Caretaker should be friendly, but no nonsense. Cooking, sewing, and gardening were my mom's hobbies so someone that can talk comfortably about that would be nice. Also, 70s and 80s television shows. Vietnamese language skills would be amazing, but not necessary. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
