Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Indianapolis

Hello! I am looking for full time hands on care for my stepdad (93) while my mom (91) is currently in the hospital, and then caring for them both once she's home. He is alert, in a wheelchair, but can do some things on his own. He is a fall risk. He needs help throughout the day with toileting, sometimes, personal cleaning, meal prep, encouraging his exercises, medication reminders, etc. I'm looking for 24 hour care, so please let me know what hours you can work. I will need references. He is very pleasant to care for. I'm seeking full-time hands-on care. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. They have 4 cats.
