About who needs care: My father is 73 years old and has vascular dementia. He uses home oxygen, but is still doing all daily skills on his own. (He does not drive.) Looking for a part-time companion while my mother (primary caregiver) runs errands or attends social functions. Looking for a care provider who would do light housekeeping and visit with both my dad and mom a couple days a week to build familiarity for my dad, but would grow into a schedule with approx 3 weekdays, 4 hours each day.
