About who needs care: Dementia middle or moderate stage Needs help with bathing and being active Ideal day help with showering putting on clean clothes and going for walks with walker if needed. Need someone to do light house cleaning when there. IE.. dishes, laundry, sweep floors light dusting when needed. About the care needs: Personality needs to be nice but know they are there to do a job. To be friend like but they are not friends. This is a job. Special skills they need to know how to talk with someone that has dementia and get them to do things such as take a shower with assistance, etc. no Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
