Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Chesterton

About who needs care: My mom has had dementia/alzheimer's for the past 7-8 years. She is 78 and my Dad is her caregiver. They live in an independent living facility. With her advanced stage of dementia, he is looking for respite care a few days a week. About the care needs: Reliable but flexible (if he has to change days depending on the week). Someone that understand dementia and will meet them where they are (join their reality). She needs bathing but will not allow family to bathe her. She is very social, so someone to take her to activities in their independent living place to give my dad a chance to get out and/or rest Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
