I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, helping get dressed, serving a premade meal. Assistance with medication is needed. Helping go to the bathroom. Helping get out of bed in the morning and into bed at night. She transfers in and out of bed with a walker into a wheelchair. There is a commode in her bedroom that she transfers using a walker from her bed and her wheelchair to use. She needs help wiping. She needs help getting dressed. She needs help with medication reminders. She likes to have a conversation and watch a little tv. Weather permitting we bring her outside in the backyard or for a walk around the block in her wheelchair. She still has a good memory and enjoys holding a conversation.
