Seeking a compassionate, experienced live-in caregiver for a 94-year-old woman with Alzheimer/dementia, currently residing in a memory care facility. She is recovering from a fall and is a high fall risk, requiring someone by her side at all times to assist with walking and mobility. This temporary position (several weeks) involves supporting her recovery, encouraging and assisting with physical therapy exercises, providing gentle supervision, offering companionship and light personal care. Must be attentive, patient, and experienced in dementia and post-fall care. Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with facility, staff and family. References required.
