About who needs care: Postoperative for spine. Needs help to get up and get into wheelchair and go to bathroom and back Help with cleaning or bathing. About the care needs: Person weighs less than 140 lbs well oriented and friendly but has weakness in the leg. Being discharged from Bruges nursing home. No hobbies no aggressive personality. Wife is there in the house , up and about but too small to help him get him up in wheelchair chair. Everything on one floor without any steps. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
