Needs help transferring for doctors appointment's during select days Dad has mobility issues, macular degeneration (can see but not read easily), wears a hearing aide About the care needs: We have someone who lives in but cannot transfer Dad easily and not help much getting him to doctors appointments, and cannot pick him up when he falls. (Our help mainly cooks and cleans and gives dad medicine, sponge baths, and helps him get dressed.) Services needed include: mobility assistance.
