Live-in Senior Care Provider

We are seeking a senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Wound Care, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding. Must be able to transfer 130 lbs. or knowledgeable with a Hoyer lift. My 87 yr old father, who lives with my mother, needs a live in care giver. My mother is able to help and drives, however needs reminders (or someone who can hear the alarm reminder) for meds as well as changing my dad and moving him. We are looking for a permanent, live in care giver to be a part of the family. Someone compassionate and patient for someone who is mostly bed bound. The pay would be $180-$200 per day plus room and board. Several hours off at a time as he sleeps frequently. Thanks!
