My mother was just transferred to a nursing home in Rolling Meadows Area and I am now 3 hours away from her. She has specialty doctor appointments that her nursing home will provide transportation to, but I am looking for someone to accompany her to her appointments and be in the room with her when she see her Dr. I would call in to the appointments.
