About who needs care: My mother is transitioning from a walker to a wheelchair due to weakness and because she has fallen to many times. She is at risk for increased injuries with the walker vs her being in a wheelchair. She is content sitting all day- she loves to read and clearly has not been consistent with her exercises and strengthening programs. About the care needs: As someone who works in the healthcare industry, patients need someone who is honest, kind and someone that they feel they can trust. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
