Seeking Senior Care Provider In Park Ridge

We need a senior care provider for my 72-year-old brother who has early stage dementia and aphasia.. We are looking for someone who will take 5 shifts: Christmas Eve morning from 9:00-1:00 and then on Christmas Day morning from 9:00-1:00 and then returning back in the evening on Christmas Day from 5::00-9:00. Thursday and Friday hours would be mornings only from 9:00-1:00. Responsibilities include making lunch/ dinner, assist in supervision of morning showering ( semi-independent) and supervision of bathrooming, plus doing some companionship activities like cards , puzzles, taking walks, etc. and assisting the taking of morning meds at 11:00 a.m. Evening assistance includes the above plus preparing for bedtime and putting to bed.
