About who needs care: I am having knee surgery on October 10th. Will need transportation to/from hospital, and remain during surgery. Follow-up visits 3x/day for the following 6 days to check up on me, maybe some light housework, and transportation to follow-up appointment at doctor. Really need someone to check in on me to make sure I'm doing ok. Doctor says I should be fairly mobile post surgery, just need some light help for a week. About the care needs: Prefer outgoing, friendly, chatty. Don't think any specialized skills are needed. Just be friendly, make sure I'm doing ok. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
