Evening Hospice Care Needed For My Mother In Northbrook

I'm looking for an evening caregiver for my mother in her 70's with terminal ALS. My mom has very little mobility and needs help with evening activities, such as using the bathroom, changing her into pajamas and putting her into bed. Preferences for a caregiver who is compassionate, kind and has their own transportation. My mom weights about 92lbs and requires lifting. Someone with Hoyer Lift training is a PLUS! We would only need someone for 1 hour to perform these activities.
