About who needs care: Alzheimers in earlier stages. Her husband is in rehab after a fall. They live in independent living in Monarch Landing but she needs care during the day. About the care needs: My mom is a retired Spanish teacher. Lived in Italy in the 1960s and loved it. Enjoys gardening, dogs and eating out. Can be opinionated. She loves her family- does not have any friends who can visit. Completely depends on her husband for most household tasks. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
