Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Minooka

About who needs care: My mom is currently and is doing well. She has dementia and has had two falls/brain bleeds when home - but for now mostly knows who we are still (children and husband and sort of grandchildren) and so my dad is wanting to try and bring her home when the weather is nice - probably in a month. She can walk fairly well without a walker but uses it when she gets tired. Our biggest challenge will be finding someone who she will get along with and getting my dad out of the house when help is here. I live next door but work long hours. She had to go into rehab and then my dad had surgery so a facility was the only option at that time in January. About the care needs: I guess a thick skinned personality as she can be difficult with outsiders - as for skills just helping keep and eye on her and maybe helping with meals depending on the schedule- I have 6 other siblings and one is a Dr, one is a PT and I am a vet so there will be lots of help with having a plan to succeed- before her second fall we tried a caregiver but it was a fail as my dad wouldnt go outside or leave during that time and my mom (even after 57 years of marriage) is still very jealous Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
