Looking for 24/7 in-home care for my 84-year-old grandmother who is bed bound and needs changed every 3 hours or so. She has some symptoms of dementia but is otherwise healthy and does not take daily medication. Primary responsibilities include companionship, cooking meals, doing dishes, diaper changes, light household cleaning (vacuuming, laundry, wiping surfaces, taking out trash, etc.), and light animal care. Our family also includes 3 cats and 1 dog (beagle/cattle dog mix). Dog is friendly but does not like other dogs. Caregiver will need to be comfortable feeding pets, giving daily medications, and cleaning the litterboxes.
