Companion Care Needed For My Father In Marion

I need a companion care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my father in his 80s. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. In a assisted living facility but needs 24 hour attention and help calling nurses in house if needed.
