Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Lincolnwood

About who needs care: My father just returned home from rehab. We would like to get care for him while he is getting his strength back. Dad likes sports and enjoys talking with people. Dad's ideal day would be waking up, having a great breakfast, sitting outside on his deck in the sun and maybe going out for dinner with friends. About the care needs: We would want someone who is outgoing and may enjoy cooking once in awhile. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
