Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Lansing

About who needs care: My father is 87 years old and has mixed Alzheimer's and vascular dementia. His hygiene is nonexistent and it has proven to be very difficult to get him in the shower. He is still functional in the sense that he CAN bathe himself but he refuses our urges to get him IN the shower and we feel that a professional is the only route to take. About the care needs: A strong assertive male. Preferably bilingual that speaks Spanish as my father is a Mexican native. Someone who maybe has worked with dementia patients before and that has no issue being a bit more assertive in getting him into the shower at least twice a week. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
