About who needs care: High functioning Alzheimer's who struggles with self-care. Sleep Apnea, History of Trauma, dehydration, chronic UTI. About the care needs: Someone active and upbeat and has experience with Alzheimer's care and how to lead her when needed. Mom likes tinkering with costume jewelry, helping at food pantry at church in town and is interested in group exercise and activities. She is bored at home. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
