About who needs care: My son had a severe tbi 12 yrs ago. He needs min to mod assist for self care and toileting feeding. He needs to be encouraging to be more independent. About the care needs: Caring and encouraging to do cognitive therapies (play games) and home therapies (big brother/sister/friend) He was very active prior to accident. Dirt biking, skate boarding, biking. He has anxiety now. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
