About who needs care: She remains very lucid but needs assistance in ambulating due to arthritis fibromyalgia osteoporosis and degenerative joint disease. She LOVES studying the Bible and watching church on television. Ideal Day: Up, cleaned up and dressed for the day. She has dentures and lift chair. Breakfast including coffee and take morning meds. Maybe deliveries, home shopping network. Go to any appointments as scheduled and get groceries. Lunch and afternoon meds. Fun conversations. Evening meal, meds, preparation for bed. Meds would be pre-sorted and in pill manager case. Assistance opening meds storing them properly, and reminders to take the scheduled meds and make sure she's asking for her as needed meds. She is very conversational, prayerful, being clean and dressed. Loves talking to family and friends throughout the Day. She's a celebrator and has a great sense of humor. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
