About who needs care: Metastatic pancreatic cancer; had whipple surgery in 2023 and is currently on chemotherapy for metastasis to liver, tired a lot, memory starting to decline due to chemo fog or declined mental state; husband and I both work from home but also travel and we're starting to need someone to possibly be here when we're not, as she isn't as capable of staying alone as she used to be About the care needs: Not too chatty but also OK with visiting if my mom is up for it; OK with dogs (they'll be in the house sometimes but crated or kept in other rooms when caregiver is here (three spaniels); comfortable staying overnight if needed for 1-2 nights at a time; super bonus if the caregiver knows bridge or similar card game (knowing bridge needs 4 people). Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
