About who needs care: My 88 y/o dad recently came home from a nursing facility under hospice care. His weight is approximately 132 pounds due to illness. We currently need to find a caregiver to provide an afternoon diaper change 3-5 afternoons per week, including Sunday. He is bed bound but turns well and can be managed by 1 experienced caregiver. The ideal candidate would be someone who is experienced, reliable and doesn't mind driving to his home for a short appointment. We will pay for 1 hour, but the caregiver probably won't need the full hour. About the care needs: Professional attitude, experience with diaper changing the elderly, kindness. The possibility of being available on short term notice would be great, but not required. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
