About who needs care: Both my parents need assistance. My father has been helping my mother who has pulmonary fibrosis and needs oxygen adjusted throughout the day and assistance getting to the bathroom via wheelchair. My father has been helping but his dementia is getting worse so looking for someone that can assist check in on both of them. He is forgetting to shower and feed my mom. Concerned now about my mom being cared for by him and he isnt taking care of himself. About the care needs: Comfortable managing oxygen but will train and knowledgeable about dementia. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
