Help needed for my mother in her 80s - seeking full-time hands-on care in the evenings. Some light tidying up is involved. Possibly some help needed with bathing on occasion. Meal prep a plus. We might ask you to run errands now and then. Duties may include transportation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. Our primary need is simply to help my mom get up and down, and keep a hand on her gait belt when she walks. She uses a walker, but frequently has difficulty getting up out of a chair. She is roughly 200 lbs; caregiver must be strong enough to safely assist her. My father also lives there but is 85; he doesn't need assistance himself but is no longer able to safely help my mother. We have daytime care covered but would like someone there in the evenings.
