About who needs care: Recovering from an accident with a broken clavicle, and 5 broken ribs and am leaving a rehab center after 4 weeks for home. I need help getting out of bed and getting stronger using my walker in the house using my gait belt., getting help going to the commode and diapering, simple food prep and personal hygiene and bed baths. I had a right sided stroke 10 years ago. I have been taking care of myself and driving. Im weak from weeks of bedreast and a need to walk. About the care needs: Pleasant competent person Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
