Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Crystal Lake

We are in need of a senior care provider for our Mother with dementia to come 4 days a week during the mornings and evenings. (Both parents live in the home, her husband is very independent and drives) Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting and reminding, light Housekeeping , Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing and oral care/Dressing, Meal Preparation, Companionship, occasional shopping, and provide nap time during the morning. Looking for a compassionate female caregiver!
