About who needs care: My aunt needs a companion who can help with daily tasks at home. She is self sufficient and independent but her best friend who has been living with her for over 30 years will be leaving her soon and she had never lived alone. She needs someone to be with her to keep her company. About the care needs: Ideal caregiver would be an older, mature female who is patient, kind, compassionate and understanding. A woman who can drive would be ideal but we can work around this if caregiver is unable to drive. No specific hobbies, mainly someone who is engaging, high spirited with a positive attitude. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
