Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider

About who needs care: My mother is in a wheelchair with very low mobility to walk with walker. She has help windy days she needs it but would be nice to bring in extra care when family and neighbors can not help. The biggest help would be to supervise her shower. It does not take much effect and the person with her doesn't need to need to stay in the bathroom the whole time. Depending on my mom and her kids, she/we may want to add the amount of responsibilities required of the help. My father passed in April of 2024 and was the main caregiver. Her health is slowly declining and we need more help and supervision for her. About the care needs: I think she would prefer a female for the showering part. Nice and kind but also needs to be strong willed with a gentle tongue. She is set in her ways and not thrilled with having us want to bring in help. So she maybe standoff at first but will slowly become more comfortable. We do not expect the person to catch her if she falls or help her get up. Its more of a safety issue if having someone there in case that does happen. She does need people to talk to too. She loves to read, do puzzles, watch tv and play games. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
