Part-time Caregiver (companionship/housekeeping) For Grandma In Her 90's

Seeking a part-time caregiver for my grandmother in her 90's-- a few hours a few days a week. We are flexible with the exact days and times, but once chosen, we would prefer to mostly stick to the same schedule. She lives in her own living space within a house with other family. Care includes companionship to talk/sit with her while she knits, as well as help with housekeeping only in her own living space. She has some memory issues; she is independent in ADLs but would benefit from someone bringing her food/snacks/water (which we'll have available and prepared), monitoring her for safety while she walks around (for example identifying potential obstacles in her way--she does not need assistance walking), and communicating any concerns or urgent matters to family.
