Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Chicago

About who needs care: She feel and broke arm but physically not on shape because of arthritis. She lives with me, but in basement. She is in our living room now, but we do not have a shower on the main floor. She will need help going downstairs and showering every few days. I cannot motivate her to walk around/exercise (but that is her personality). We do not have the training to help her clean herself or to ambulate her. About the care needs: We are Filipino so she would enjoy speaking in her language. Someone who can motivate her to move around. Maybe someone who can help her organize. Her only hobbies are watching tv- mostly Filipino dramas. I work full time with two busy kids so do not have the patience or compassion for someone who doesn't want to take care of herself (she wants other people to do it.) Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
