About who needs care: She has cerebral palsy and psychiatric disabilities. She lives with me and my husband, but we need assistance with her care. She would require help with basic needs (bathing, using the bathroom) as well as assistance with her creative projects, household tasks, and generally I've noticed she benefits from having a friend to talk to. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance. Requires using a lift to transfer from wheelchair. Method of pay would be through State of Illinois DHS - Division of Rehabilitation Services (currently $18. 75 / hour).
