Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Chicago

About who needs care: I have ALS and need some help with showering, dressing, laundry and light housekeeping. I walk with a walker. My fingers, knees and arms are weak. I will need increasingly hands-on care and more hours of care as my condition progresses. About the care needs: I would want someone who is kind and patient. I don't need her to have any specialized skills at this time but will later on (lifts, transfers, etc.) I would prefer a female. I would like someone who has been with your company for years and is trustworthy. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
