Seeking Adult Care Provider In Chicago

I need adult care provider with experience. Person sustained a knee injury and has limited mobility. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Transportation. Need someone to help take her to her doctor's appointment in the morning (including help getting out of the house), and then drive her to pick up our 6-year-old from school, then drive them to a therapy session, and then drive them home after, with assistance to get in the door.
