About who needs care: My father, is 79. He had a very minor stroke and has been suffering from cognitive decline prior to the stroke. He is physically capable of all self care but needs help to focus with redirection. We are looking for care from 4 p.m. to 8 a.m. We are looking for one or two caregivers. About the care needs: The caregiver will mostly need to provide gentle redirection to my father as he wakes up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. Patience and a gentle being is preferred. Services needed include: companionship.
