About who needs care: What is needed right now is shopping and delivering the food directly to the door on the 10th floor, not to the first floor receptionist. About the care needs: For starters, this is not a heavily involved activity. Right now I am looking for occasional shopping of groceries. Instacart and similar services deliver to the reception, but this delivery needs to be made to the 10th floor, hence looking for a personal assistant to make it happen.
