Job Location: West Champaign, We are three males in our 30s with a physical disability who need assistance with activities of daily living. One resident is looking for a PA for the morning shift on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:30 a.m. until 9 a.m. Two or three residents are looking for a morning PA on Mondays from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. Requirements - Be punctual, reliable, safety conscious, and communicative. I need people to commit to a schedule, but please let me know in advance if you need time off. Reliability is very important. Pay Details - You will be paid by the Illinois Department of Human Services (Home Services Program) and fill out paperwork before starting work. You must provide DHS copies of your Driver's License or State ID and your Social Security Card. The pay rate for DHS PAs is currently $17. 75 per hour.
