Fluent Polish speaker is a must. Dad needs physical help with getting up, transferring into/out of car for doctor appointments, showers 2-3x/week, and light exercising to keep him strong. Hours are very flexible, other than specific doctor appointments. No diagnosis of dementia but occasionally does get confused and disoriented. Heavy lifting is a must, due to unpredictable fall risk. Mom is home with him 24/7 but needs an extra person to help with these daily tasks.
