About who needs care: Recovering UTI and C Diff patient at 75 years old who has mild vascular dementia had mini strokes in 2012 and 2013 is incontinent number one snd number two, is on a pee catheter and uses pull up diapers. He needs to be cleaned daily either with sponge bath or shower. About the care needs: Someone who is Christian hopefully. Someone who can hold a conversation someone who can do dishes sbd clean bathrooms. Especially someone who can give my dad showers. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
