About the job
About who needs care: He is in a rehab facility and we would like him home with us he is a hoyer transfer and only able to walk 25 ft he needs basic care with a CNA that is able to help with his physical therapy needs as well hours would be daily 9-5 in our home he has CHF AND NEEDS leg wound care About the care needs: He is very social like to talk he is a veteran and served in the Navy he needs someone strong as he is a bigger man and is learning to walk again but he is extremely motivated to do the work and we will need someone who can help with his leg swelling for example, changing bandages and looking over the wounds Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
