Seeking Part-time / Flexible Senior Care Support In Barrington

My dad is currently living at a Senior Living, in independent living. For the most part he does fine in that arrangement taking walks, socializing, eating his meals in the dining room, etc. He does have dementia though and gets lonely and also needs prompting to do certain hygiene activities where he is inconsistent: changing clothes, identifying his wardrobe needs, cutting his nails, etc. I'm active in supporting him as a his son, but he lost his wife of 50 years so is a little lost on some elements. I'm looking for someone who can establish trust with him and then check in weekly or so to give him some guidance / establish a calendar. This can be very flexible to your schedule - just need someone to stop in once or twice a week, and scale from there. Personality fit will be important. Thanks!
