Patient has ALS. Looking for caregiver to help fill in vacation/sick times off for current caregivers. Position will be an "as needed" basis. Shifts are 7a-7p and/or 7p-7a, 7 days a week. MUST have recent experience with Quadriplegia, Hoyer Lift, operating power wheelchair, and caring for someone bedridden. Duties include, but are not limited to, feeding, giving medication, incontinence care, transferring to/from bed/chair, personal hygiene, bathing, light housekeeping, errands, and providing transportation using patient's van.
