About who needs care: My brother is handicapped walks with a walker needs help around his home with pretty much everything needs to be given his meds cook meals etc About the care needs: I need someone that will understand and be able to help take care of my special needs handicapped brother that is almost 30 but mentally like a 12 yr old. work with him understand him he's legally blind and walks with a walker.
