About the job
About who needs care: She is healthy, can go for walks without assistance, can eat without assistance, can microwave prepared food and make her own sandwiches. She loves to sew and crochet but her skills are declining in that area because of severe memory loss. She cannot remember how to cook her own food and forgets most people's names. She lives with me (her daughter in law) and her son. She takes care of 2 small dogs when we are at work during the day and when we leave town for the weekend. About the care needs: Someone who can spend time with her for several hours on days we are not home doing walking, talking, sewing, etc. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
