Full Time, In-Home Care And Household Management For Aging Parents

I need a full time home care/household management provider for my parents in their 80s. While both are ambulatory, their ability to keep up with day to day demands is limited. My dad's partner is undergoing treatments that require daily or every-other-day appointments and accompaniment to those appointments. Some take several hours. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Meal preparation, daily meal and medication logging, general tidiness and companionship are part of the job. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing is required. Must be patient and willing to take direction in the moment. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
