About who needs care: My mother is 81. She had a fall a year ago and was recently released from the hospital. She is 232lbs. I'm 42, 5 '8, in good shape. But cannot lift her myself for daily movements she needs. EX. Wheelchair to the commode and vice versa. Mentally she's is there and a wonderful person. Its just her physical needs of being lifted are too much for me. I thought 2 to 3 hours in morning and an hour or two in evenings each day. This could change pending on this hydronic lift getting aligned or fixed right , right now. I'm having an issue with what was dropped off for mother from this company. I can't get this pin to set right . They are going to look at it. In meantime, I'm in desperate need of a little help. I don't really have a preference on a man or woman helping my mother. You just have to be strong enough to lift her weight with me. About the care needs: I'm not sure if this was another question or the page re loaded. Just having a good all around outgoing personality would be great. My mom enjoys talking about many subjects and her life experiences involved being a broker and running a couple other businesses in her earlier years. Need to be fit or strong enough to offset her weight. She's only 5'2 but she is 232lbs. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
